Merthyr Housing are looking for a strategic Senior Leader looking to make a real impact and lead the organisation in delivering exceptional service to its residents in South Wales.

The successful candidate will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring that all processes are tailored to meet the needs and expectations of our customers. With a strong commitment to improving service quality and driving customer satisfaction, this role is vital in making a positive impact on the local community.

If you have substantial experience in a senior leadership role within housing operations and a strong understanding of housing legislation, regulations, and best practices, this could be the perfect fit for you.
