Merthyr Housing are looking for a strategic Senior Finance Leader looking to make a real impact and lead the organisation in delivering exceptional service to its residents in South Wales.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing finance function, focusing on long-term strategy, transparency, and alignment across all financial operations. With a strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and service excellence, this role is crucial in driving organisational success and supporting vibrant communities.

If you have proven experience in senior financial leadership, a deep understanding of treasury management, statutory reporting, and financial modelling, along with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence strategic decision-making, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

This role is offering £82,000.
