Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Have you ever thought about a career in recruitment? We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly growing team in Birmingham City Centre.

We offer full training, so don't worry if you don't know much about recruitment, we'll help you get there! You'll also get mental health support, lunch clubs, uncapped commission and the opportunity to attend annual company holidays and incentives. You'll also be eligible for an additional bonus of £1,800 - £3,000 after 9 months.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be:

• Working in a highly sales-driven yet friendly atmosphere
• Using Recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
• Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Researching your market
• Interviewing candidates for roles
• Negotiating
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
