You’ll be working for a maintenance contractor in the Plymouth area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi Trades Carpenter.

As a Multi Trades Carpenter you will be:

Carry out full property inspections to identify required carpentry and multi-trade repairs before re-letting
Install, repair, or adjust door frames, linings, architraves, skirting boards, and ironmongery
Fit and repair kitchen units, worktops, plinths, and pelmets
Install or repair bathroom fixtures including bath panels and boxing-in pipework
Complete reactive maintenance tasks across trades including basic plumbing (tap changes, waste repairs), minor tiling, and patch plastering

Previous Multi trades experience within the housing sector
A full UK driving licence
The ability to commute to and from site reliably
Have your own van and tools
