Passive Fire Site Manager

You'll be working for a well-established contractor within the pfp sector, known for delivering high-quality safety projects and maintaining strong compliance standards. This contract offers consistency of work, autonomy, and the potential for extension or a permanent role.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked in Fire as a Site Manager, Stopping Supervisor, Protection Supervisor or Contracts Supervisor within the housing, commercial, or public sector.

As a Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:

• Conducting toolbox talks and providing training and support to operatives
• Checking the quality of fire stopping and passive works to ensure compliance
• Managing day-to-day site operations and overseeing health & safety standards
• Ensuring all works follow current regulations and legislation
• Liaising with other Site Managers and stakeholders to report on project progress
• Maintaining documentation and supporting compliance processes
  

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation
• SMSTS qualification
• Ability to read firestopping drawings
• Strong understanding of fire door requirements
• Full, clean driving licence

This contract role is offering:

• £30 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Minimum 12-week contract
• Opportunity for extension or permanent employment
• Company van and fuel card provided
• Immediate start available
  

Location & travel

This is a site-based role with travel between projects as required. A fully expensed company van and fuel card are provided, giving you flexibility and ease when managing multiple locations.
