Plumber role covering Oxfordshire, paying £35,321–£39,827 per year, with a company van and fuel card provided. This is a full-time social housing repairs role working as part of an established Property Team. You'll need to be an experienced Plumber with strong residential maintenance experience, carrying out everything from domestic plumbing repairs through to sanitaryware, pipework, heating systems, drainage and water supply works.

As a Plumber, you will be:
Completing responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
Repairing domestic plumbing installations.
Installing replacement sanitaryware, baths, shower trays and associated equipment.
Installing kitchen sinks, taps, ball valves and other sundry items.
Installing new copper, Speedfit, waste and rainwater pipework.
Installing and repairing water mains, heating system pipework and drainage stop taps.
Installing and repairing domestic appliances including showers and washing machines.
Working with vented and unvented cylinders and hot water systems.
Maintaining and renewing cold water storage tanks.
Working professionally within occupied properties and minimising disruption to residents.
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Strong Plumber experience within residential maintenance.
Previous experience working as a Plumber within social housing or responsive repairs.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years' proven experience within the trade.
Experience working within occupied properties.
Experience carrying out domestic plumbing repairs and installations.
Experience with sanitaryware, pipework, heating systems and drainage.
Experience with vented and unvented cylinders is desirable.
Strong customer service skills.
A good understanding of health and safety.
The ability to use mobile technology such as an iPad or PDA.
A full and current UK driving licence with at least 1 year's driving experience.
The ability to drive a company van.
