Multi-Trade role covering Nottinghamshire, paying £35,000 per year, with door-to-door travel time paid. This means the typical salary is around £35,000, but depending on your driving distance, you could earn up to £40,000 per year.

This is a permanent Multi-Trade role working across residential properties, carrying out a mixture of joinery repairs and general property maintenance. You’ll be working on both void properties and reactive repairs, helping to get homes ready for occupation and keeping properties safe and functional. Multiple positions are available due to a growing workload, making this a great opportunity for an experienced Multi-Trade looking for long-term, permanent work.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi-Trade, Joiner, Carpenter or similar, particularly anyone with a strong joinery background combined with general property maintenance experience.

As a Multi-Trade, you will be:

Completing joinery repairs and installations within residential properties.
Carrying out general property maintenance and repairs.
Working on void properties to prepare them for occupation.
Completing reactive repairs across residential properties.
Carrying out making-good and general remedial works where required.
Travelling to properties across Nottinghamshire.
Working across different types and ages of residential property.
Completing jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Managing your own workload and working independently.
Working professionally within occupied properties.
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
Completing all works in line with required quality and safety standards.

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Strong experience as a Multi-Trade, Joiner, Carpenter or similar.
A solid joinery background with the ability to complete a range of general property repairs.
Experience working within residential properties.
Experience carrying out void-property works.
Experience completing reactive maintenance and repairs.
The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
A professional and customer-focused approach.
A full driving licence and the ability to travel across Nottinghamshire.
A reliable and hardworking attitude.
The ability to consistently complete work to a high standard.
An interest in a permanent, long-term position.

The role is offering:

£35,000 per year as a typical salary.
Door-to-door travel time is paid, meaning you are paid from leaving home until returning home.
