As a Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:
- Managing passive fire protection projects across multiple UK sites
- Overseeing fire stopping and fire door installation teams
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme
- Carrying out quality assurance checks and identifying remedial works where required
- Supporting surveys, site inspections, and programme planning
- Working closely with senior management to ensure compliance standards are maintained
- Managing night works where required, typically Sunday to Thursday shifts
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- A background within passive fire protection, ideally fire doors or fire stopping
- Previous experience working in a supervisory or site management role
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- A valid CSCS card
- Strong knowledge of passive fire compliance and quality standards
- The flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away when required
- A practical, hands-on approach to site management
