As an Electrician, you will be:
Working across a large university estate near Warwick completing electrical maintenance
Responding to reactive breakdowns and emergency electrical issues
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and statutory testing
Fault finding and repairing systems such as lighting, emergency lighting, alarms and controls
Supporting minor electrical installations and small project works
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
A full UK driving licence
Experience within building services, estates, or facilities maintenance environments (preferred)
The role is offering the following benefits:
Salary of around £32,000–£33,000 per year depending on experience
Around £2,400 per year additional pay for participating in the call-out rota
Around £2,000 additional salary uplift allowance
Pension scheme and additional benefits package
This Electrician position offers consistent weekday working hours of around 36 hours per week, typically daytime shifts, providing a strong work-life balance while still offering varied and technically interesting work across the estate.
Location & travel This role is based at a university campus near Warwick, with work carried out across multiple buildings on the estate. A vehicle is available on site to transport staff, materials, and tools between locations when required.
