This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as an FRA Carpenter. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call-out and overtime at competitive rates.

As an FRA Carpenter, you will be:
- Carrying out fire risk assessment (FRA)-related carpentry in our properties as part of the FRA Property Team and elsewhere depending on demand
- Upgrading and refurbishing existing fire doors
- Building electrical meter cupboards and ensuring all carpentry works meet strict standards for fire resistance and safety
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Fire Door Maintenance and Repairs
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to commute to and from site reliably
The role is offering the following benefits:
- A competitive salary of up to £39,000
- £335 annual tool allowance
- 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays (with an extra day every year up to 30 days)

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000.
