A well-established social housing contractor is recruiting for an Electrician to carry out testing within occupied properties. This is an ongoing opportunity available on either a temporary or permanent basis, offering consistent full-time work Monday to Friday. Immediate start available.

Electrician duties:

Carrying out 4 EICRs per day in occupied social housing properties
Completing testing and inspection to current regulations
Undertaking some cooker connections
Carrying out smoke alarm works
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Working in line with Health & Safety regulations
Providing good customer service to tenants

What is required for this Electrician position:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
AM2
18th Edition
2391 Testing & Inspecting
Experience within social housing
Asbestos awareness preferred
Full UK driving license
