Enjoy a permanent Gas Engineer role with a company van, fuel card and free parking, all provided from day one. Join a well-established and supportive property maintenance and FM contractor working across the West Midlands (within one hour of Sutton Coldfield), where your skills will make a real difference across domestic and commercial properties. This is a stable, growing team of 13 engineers with Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm hours and no regular out-of-hours.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a secure and expanding team, delivering boiler installations, servicing, breakdowns and HVAC maintenance across FM contracts, private domestic properties and fit-out projects. With a 50/50 split between domestic and commercial work, this Gas Engineer role offers variety, stability and long-term progression.

As a Gas Engineer, you will be
- Working across the West Midlands (within one hour of B76)
- Carrying out boiler changes and installations
- Completing servicing, breakdowns and fault finding
- Undertaking plumbing repairs, HVAC and ventilation works
- Supporting maintenance across domestic and commercial sites
I’d love to speak to anyone who has
- Domestic ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
- Commercial gas tickets (advantageous)
- Experience within FM, fit-out or property maintenance
- A full UK driving licence

The role is offering the following benefits
- £43,000 – £50,000 basic salary (DOE)
