As the Commercial Manager, you will be:

• Overseeing, assessing, and certifying monthly contractor payment applications and invoice approvals
• Managing retention monies and ensuring payments are in line with contractual agreements
• Driving operational efficiencies, ensuring value for money across repairs
• Monitoring performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, operational productivity, and commercial performance
• Collaborating with internal teams and contractors to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes

We'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• A background in Quantity Surveying (QS) or a related field, with strong experience in contract management, payment applications, and retention processes
• Knowledge of managing repairs and maintenance services, ideally within the housing or construction sectors
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and driving efficiencies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in managing repairs or construction contracts within the housing sector
