As a Business Support Officer, you will be:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to service teams and managers
Managing diaries, meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes
Processing correspondence, reports, and documentation accurately and on time
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems in line with data protection requirements
Supporting finance processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking
Assisting with service monitoring, data collection, and performance reporting
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and governance standards
