Commercial Gas Engineer
Oxford 31 - 35 per hour Contract

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Gas Engineer for a temp-to-perm role with a leading UK nationwide company. You will be providing site-based solutions for installation, service, repair, and maintenance to building services-related customer needs, including planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor works.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be expected to:
- Perform installation, service, repair, and maintenance work in compliance with industry standards and Approved Codes of Practice.
- Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs within set timescales.
- Install new heating systems and system improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of all work and report any exceptions.
- Work across multiple sectors, including schools, residential, and commercial properties.
- Cover regions including Oxford, Birmingham, and Southampton, with 1 day per week working away (hotel and food allowance provided).
The Commercial Gas Engineer will need:
- Full Commercial ACS
- Commercial Gas/Safety qualifications.
- Knowledge of water hygiene and legionella regulations.
In return, the Commercial Gas Engineer will receive:
Temp Phase (first 12 weeks):
- £31 £35 per hour
- Hotel and food allowance for the weekly working-away day
- Tools provided
Permanent Opportunity (after 12 weeks):
- Base salary up to £50,000 per annum
