Join a respected and well established contractor on a temporary contract, working on tenanted social housing properties across Birmingham. As a Painter and Decorator, you'll enjoy a long term, self-employed role with a company van and fuel card, as well as ongoing work opportunities.

As a Painter and Decorator, you will be:
- Carrying out painting and decorating work on tenanted social housing properties
- Preparing surfaces, including patching and sanding
- Painting and finishing various surfaces to a high standard
- Addressing any issues related to damp and mould within properties
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Previous experience in social housing
- Experience working with damp and mould
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute reliably
