I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in managing trades within a domestic setting, whether you've previously worked as a Site Supervisor, Contracts Manager or Working foreman.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing trades operatives working on the kitchen & bathroom stream
Managing work completion
Monitoring materials
Reporting to the office with photos of any issues on site
Representing the company whilst working within domestic properties
In order to be eligible for the Site Manager role, you must:
Hold a valid SSSTS
Hold a full UK driving licence
Have relevant industry experience working on a kitchen and/or bathroom stream
In return, the Site Manger will receive:
Company van and fuel card
Wekly pay (CIS or PAYE payments available)
Long term work
