Liverpool 31K - 33K per year Permanent

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Liverpool area to join a well-established building contractor on a permanent basis. This role is working within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!
In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:
- £33,000 per annum
- Company van & fuel card
- Power tools provided
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be expected to complete:
- Aspects of carpentry
- Aspects of plumbing
- Aspects of tiling
- Work in domestic properties
I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative who:
- Has a full UK driving licence
- Has relevant industry experience
- Has relevant experience within social housing
- Has CSCS card
- Good knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
