Multi Trade Operative
Wigan 21 - 22 per hour Contract

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Wigan area to work for a well-established housing association on a long term, self-employed contract. We are ideally looking for people who have experience within social housing.
In return, the successful Multi Trade Operative will get:
- Between £21 and £22 per hour
- Use of company vehicle during the day
- Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
- Long term work
- Potential for full time employment (if desired)
In this Multi Trade Operative role, you will be responsible for:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Tiling
For this Multi Trade Operative role, you'll need:
- Full UK driving license
- Previous experience within social housing
- NVQ level 2 carpentry
