Electrician

We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established social housing contractor in the East Midlands. This is a permanent position offering competitive pay, strong progression opportunities, and long-term job security.
You'll be working across both tenanted and void domestic properties in Lincoln, carrying out EICR testing and remedial works. A company van, fuel card, uniform, and mobile device will be provided from day one.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting EICR testing and inspection of electrical installations in domestic properties
- Completing remedial works and rewires as required
- Periodic testing and wiring of new heating and hot water systems
- Completing all required documentation electronically and accurately
We are looking for an Electrician who:
- Holds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Holds 18th Edition
- Holds AM2 or equivalent
- Holds 2391 (or equivalent)
- Has experience working in social housing
- Has a full UK driving licence
