Are you a skilled Painter and Decorator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values your craft? We're offering a permanent position in the Woking area, working on repairs and void properties as part of a respected and growing team.
In return the Painter and Decorator will receive:

As a Painter and Decorator, you'll be:
- Working on repairs and void properties
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests
- Ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards
- Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service
- Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently
Ideally, I want to speak to a Painter and Decorator that has:
- Experience in social housing or domestic work
- Over 5 years trade experience
- Plastering experience is essential
- Able to silicon to good standard
- Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
- Full UK driving licence (vans will be provided from day one)
- DBS check is required
