Carpenter
Southampton 34K - 38K per year Permanent

We are currently looking for a Carpenter in the Southampton area to join a well-established housing association on a permanent basis. This role involves working within domestic tenanted properties, where a company van and fuel card are supplied from day one!
In return, the Carpenter will receive:
- Company van & fuel card
- Overtime and call-outs available
- Salary: £35,600 + overtime
- Annual leave package (25 days' holiday + bank holidays)
- Pension scheme
- Permanent employment
As a Carpenter, you will be expected to complete:
- All aspects of carpentry
- Reactive repairs within domestic properties
- Call-outs 1 in 9 weeks
We are looking for a Carpenter who:
- Has a full UK driving licence
- Has relevant industry experience
- Has experience within social housing
