We are working with a well-known contractor in the student accommodation sector in the Midlands, who are looking for a Fire Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card.

- £50,000 - £55,000 salary
- 10% annual bonus
- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays

Responsibilities:
- Managing 6 projects across the Midlands
- Ensuring projects meet budget targets
- Conducting site visits and ensuring quality of work
- Overseeing a team of Site Managers
Key skills required:
- Proven experience in project management
- BM TRADA or FDIS qualified
- Experience in passive fire protection
- Strong IT skills
- Experience working in higher education settings
