We are looking for a Carpenter in the Oxfordshire area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the responsive repair team within domestic properties.

In this Carpenter role you will be responsible for:
- Carry out all aspects of carpentry work including door hanging, skirting, architraves and kitchen units
- Fire door inspections, installations, and maintenance activities
- Multi-Trade Duties including flooring and roofing
- Ensuring high standards of customer service when working in occupied premises
- Attend to and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring swift and efficient service
Requirements for the Carpenter role:
- NVQ or City & Guilds in the relevant trade or proven experience in carpentry within the social housing sector
- Relevant industry experience within social housing
In return the Carpenter will receive:
- £35,992 to £45,242 per annum
- Company Van
- Overtime available
- Opportunity for call out
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
