We are currently recruiting for a skilled Housing Officer (ASB) to join a Housing association on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on Housing Officer role focused on managing complex anti-social behaviour and safeguarding cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working directly with tenants in general needs housing, particularly in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a frontline Housing Officer, managing a high-level ASB and safeguarding caseload
Conduct tenancy audits, investigations, and home visits across the assigned patches
Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams to resolve cases
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and housing policies
Deliver a trauma-informed and customer-focused approach to tenancy management
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a Housing Officer role with a strong ASB and safeguarding background
Ability to work independently, managing a complex and varied caseload
Experience with Northgate (NEC) is highly desirable
Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Those with limited support or advisory housing experience will not be suitable
