We are currently looking for a Carpenter in Lewisham area working for well-established Housing Association. This is a permanent role, working on the responsive repairs team.

- £34K-£38K dependant on experience
- Overtime available
- Company pension

- £20 per month for mobile data usage
As the Carpenter you will be responsible for:
- Carpentry
- General maintenance work
- Be working in a responsive repair team
The successful Carpenter will:
- Have a NVQ LV2 in Carpentry (desired)
- Have 10+ years' experience in carpentry
- UK driving licence
- CSCS card
- Be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test
