- Secure and manage social and new build projects, delivering budgeted sales as required
- Forming and building a close working relationship with key customers at all levels
- Managing the supply chain for ongoing projects, ensuring delivery targets are met
- Using systms to record and manage projects customers and sales activities
As a Key Account Manager, you will have experience in:
- Public or private housing experience
- The ability to work autonomously and in team environment
- Tracking projects from start to finish
- Identifying leads and opportunities to support housing associations
