I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work in London as part of the response maintenance team for a large housing contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in tenanted and void properties and will receive a company van and fuel card.

The successful Multi Trade Operative will receive:
- Annual salary of £37,000
- Company van and fuel card
- Competitive annual leave structure
- Full time employment
The Multi Trade Operative will be:
- Working independently as a mobile worker
- Ensuring works are carried out safely to an excellent standard
- Dealing with residents issues and complaints
- Tiling, painting, basic plumbing and carpentry skills
- Tablet usage in line with company policy
The Multi Trade Operative will have:
- Experience within a trade
- Previous social housing experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and objectives
- Relevant NVQ qualification
- Full UK drivers license
