Electrician
St Albans 25 - 27 per hour Contract

I am currently looking for an Electrician in the St Albans area to work for a well-established social housing contractor, working on the renewable or maintenance team. This is initially a self-employed role, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!

As the Electrician, you will be:
- Complete wiring on air source heat pumps, central heating and solar PV systems
- Conduct EICR's, minor repairs and emergency call outs
- Complete small installation e.g. extractor fans
- Work with plumbers and electricians to ensure jobs are completed within time-scales
- Liaise with home occupants and tenants
- Ensure health and safety, company standards and policies are met
I am looking to speak to an Electrician who:
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Hold 18th Edition
- Have a UK full driving licence
- Have experience working on solar PV or air source heat pumps
- Have experience working within occupied homes
In return, the Electrician will receive:
- £25 per hour (CIS payments available)
- Company van and fuel card
- Longer term work with the opportunity to go permanent if desired
- Permanent salary £40,000+
