They are looking for a Retrofit Operations Manager to oversee projects across Bristol, Somerset, Dorset, and Cornwall. Key Responsibilities For The Operations Manager:
Oversee and manage a growing team, including:
2 Technical Retrofit Managers
4 Project Managers
3 Supervisors
15 Trade Operatives
Possible future management of Admin Manager and Planners
Lead planned works contracts with a value of £10m
Ensure successful completion of retrofit projects
Drive performance against six key KPIs linked to quarterly bonuses
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and excellence
Essential Requirements For The Operations Manager:
Planned works contract experience (£10m value)
Retrofit knowledge
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Strong understanding of relevant trades
Background in social housing projects
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Management qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Previous Contracts Manager experience on a retrofit project
