I am looking for an Repairs Manager to join a housing association in the West Midlands. The Repairs Manager will be overseeing capital investment, responsive repairs & Voids. This is a 9 month fixed term contract
Repairs Manager duties:
Monitoring the quality of works completed by Teams and ensuring that standards are maintained.
Managing and organizing a team of managers to deliver works while liaising with subcontractors, tenants, clients, and main contractors.
Be proactive in implementing health and safety measures.
Participating in the out-of-hours emergency repair service as a manager on rotation.
What is required for the role:
Must have experience in repairs and maintenance at the managerial level.
Possess the ability to make assertive decisions to resolve complex issues related to work and repairs.
Hold a minimum of an HNC/D or equivalent in Building Studies/Surveying Discipline.

Please note: This position is mostly office based when you are not travelling to site so locality to Birmingham is a must.
