Burton-on-Trent 27 - 30 per hour Contract

I am looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a Housing Association in the Staffordshire area. The Repairs Supervisor will be responsible for up to 15 trade operatives carrying out Day to Day, general repairs and voids maintenance across their given area. This role benefits from Business Mileage and the opportunity once in position to apply for a permanent post.

Repairs Supervisor duties:
- Lead and Manage a team of 15 operatives carrying out repairs works
- Undertake pre and post inspections
- Ensure that all works are being carried out to a high standard whilst maintaining costs and time efficiency
What is required for the role:
- Experience working within the social housing sector
- Proven experience managing a team of operatives
- Strong understanding of housing maintenance repairs
- Relevant trade qualification including Health and Safety
