As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:
- Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
- Communication with the contractors
- Access requests
- Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.
I am looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer who has:
- Experience in TLO/ CLO/ RLO roles
- Experience in a similar role within social housing
- Have a full UK Driving Licence
- Strong IT and Microsoft skills
In return, the Tenant Liaison Officer will receive:
- £25,000 to £30,000 per year
