I am currently looking for an Electrician in the Middlesborough area to work for a well-established social housing contractor. This is a permanent role, working on the day to day repairs team, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one.

As the Electrician, you will be responsible for:
- 1st and 2nd fix
- Kitchen and bathroom installs
- Re-wires
The successful Electrician will have:
- NVQ3
- 18th edition
- Full UK Driving license
- Relevant industry experience within social housing
In return, the successful Electrician will receive:
- £38,200 basic salary
- Company van and fuel card
- Overtime available at time and a half
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme up to 17% employer contribution
- 37 hours a week
