Durham 21 - 23 per hour Contract

We are looking for a Plumber/Multi Trade in the Durham area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the reactive maintenance team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card will provided.

As the Plumber/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
- Plumbing repairs including water gutter and drainage systems, hot & cold water bursts ad waste systems etc
- Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
The successful Plumber/Multi Trade will:
- Have a Full driving license
- Have their own tools
- Be time served or have relevant qualifications
Some benefits the Plumber/Multi Trade person will receive:
- £23 per hour (Self Employed payment basis available)
- Company van and fuel card included
- Weekly pay
- Long term work
- Potential full time employment
