I am looking for a Multi Trade operative to work around Ipswich for a large housing association in the area. The role is a permanent position and involves work around Norfolk and Suffolk.

Responsibilities for the Multi Trade include:
- Working in line with the company's vision of fixing repairs first time, improving quality and providing a positive first response.
- Working on your own initiative to ensure that call backs' to repairs are minimised and that fix right first time' repairs are maximised.
- Dealing with tenant enquiries professionally and courteously.
The Multi Trade will have:
- Carpentry and joinery qualification
- Plumbing experience
- Painting and decorating experience
- Full UK drivers license
