Key Responsibilities:
- As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for tenancy management, including handling ASB cases and void properties.
- Providing support and guidance to residents as a Neighbourhood Officer.
- Conducting estate inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies in your role as a Neighbourhood Officer.
- Previous experience as a Neighbourhood Officer, Housing Officer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
