Foreman
Enfield 24 - 25 per hour Contract

We are looking for a Foreman in London to join a social housing contractor. You will be supervising a team of trades working on a voids and repairs contract within social housing. The Foreman will receive £24 per hr, company van, phone, uniform on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role will require an element of travel as properties will be across the North, and East areas of London. A company van, fuel and some travel time will be paid.

Day to day the Foreman will be required to:

- Opportunity for a permanent position after trial period (salary negotiable)
Day to day the Foreman will be required to:
- Manage a small team of trades (multi traders, painters, plasterers)
- Liaise with contracts managers, planners and operatives
- Ensuring health and safety are adhered to
- Create snag lists
- Complete repairs/ snagging
- Ensure a high standard of work is completed
