Multi Trade
Chesterfield 17 - 18 per hour Contract

I am looking for a Multi Trade to work on the voids team for a local authority in the Chesterfield area. The role comes with a van and fuel card and has a 1 month contract with potential for extension.
The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
• 2nd fix property maintenance
• Kitchen fitting and 2nf fix joinery
• 2nd fix plumbing
• Tiling and plastering works
The right Multi Trade will need:
• Experience working on property maintenance previously
• Ideally NVQ or City and Guild in core trade
• Full UK license with no more than 6 points
In return the Multi Trade will get:
• £18 per hour paid weekly
• Company van and fuel card
• 1 month contract with possible extension
