Bristol 22 - 25 per hour Contract

We are seeking a Carpenter with expertise in 2nd fix work to join a team working on a number of contracts across Bristol and Somerset.
The Carpenter will receive:
•£24 per hour for the temporary period
• Potential to move into a permanent role with an annual salary of up to £40k (plus benefits package)
• Long term position
• Opportunity for overtime
You will be working on listed buildings, public sector buildings, and social housing maintenance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Carpenter looking for a role with potential for long-term work.
The Carpenter will:
• Carry out 2nd fix carpentry tasks including skirting, architraves, door hanging, and window trims
• Work on the restoration and maintenance of listed buildings and public sector properties
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard, meeting all regulations and health & safety requirements
Requirements for the Carpenter:
• Own van and tools essential for the role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
