Bristol 21 - 22 per hour Contract

We are looking for Multi traders in the Bristol and Bath areas, working on social housing repairs and maintenance. You will receive £21-£22 per hr, weekly pay, and fuel allowance.
As the Multi trade you will be responsible for:
• Repairs and maintenance within occupied properties
• Liaising with tenants
• Working off a PDA system
The Multi trade person will receive in return:
•£21-£22 per hour
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• No Call-Outs
The successful Multi trade person will:
• NVQ or time served in relevant trade
• Skills in carpentry and minor plumbing.
• Social Housing Experience
• Own vehicle and tools
