I am looking for a Construction (Design and Management) Consultant to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in the North London area. The CDM Consultant will be responsible for Health and Safety on commercial projects.

The successful CDM Consultant will receive:
- A salary between £45,000 and £55,000
- A car allowance
- Flexible working opportunities
As the CDM Consultant, you must have:
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification
- Health and Safety experience
- Hold CDM experience
The CDM Consultant will:
- Act as the Health and Safety Consultant on shop retrofits
- Have extensive knowledge on Health and Safety
- Be the principal designer for the projects.
