I'm looking for a Carpenter in the Watford area to work on the repairs team with a well-established housing association. This is a permanent position with multiple benefits.

The Carpenter will be carrying out:
- First and second fixes to kitchens
- All repairs in tenanted properties
- Hang doors, replace flooring, windows & door repairs including locks
The right Carpenter will receive:
- A salary of up to £35,000
- 28 days annual leave

The Carpenter will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in carpentry
- UK driving license
- Basic DBS check
