I'm looking for a Gas Engineer/Plumber in London to work on different sites and buildings undertaking property maintenance within the inside. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go permanent with the company.

The Gas Engineer/Plumber will be responsible for:
- CP12 and boiler services and installs
- Domestic household pipework
- Fault finding with water tanks
- Replacing taps/shower valves
- Identifying and resolving leaks
The Gas Engineer/Plumber will receive:
- A company van and fuel card
- Company pension scheme
- £25 an hour / £40-44k salary
The Gas Engineer/Plumber will need:
- To be gas safe registered
- A full UK driving license
- Experience within the property maintenance sector
- Own tools
- Qualification in plumbing
