Stock Condition Surveyor
Wolverhampton 20 - 25 per hour Contract

I am looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a consultancy in the West Midland on a 3 month interim contract. The Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for a set number of addresses, carrying out 8-10 surveys per day. This is a pay per survey position.

Stock Condition Surveyor duties:
- Write up reports of the properties and relay information back
- Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
- Collate detailed stock condition information
- Contact Residents to make appointments at a suitable time for both parties
What is required for the stock Condition Surveyor role:
- Built environment qualifications or equivalent
- Significant experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor
- Knowledge of HHSRS
- Desirable experience as a DEA
