I'm looking for a Multi Trade in the Reading area to carry out repairs within tenanted social housing properties. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent.

The Multi Trade will be expected to carry out:
- Carpentry
- Basic plumbing changing taps, track and trace leaks etc
- Lock changing
- Gaining entry
- Some tiling
The Multi Trade will need:
- Experience in multiple trades
- Experience in tenanted social housing properties
- Full UK driving license
In return the Multi Trade will receive:
- £22.75 an hour
- Company van and fuel card
- Door to door pay
- PDA and uniform included
