I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established property maintenance firm in the Oldbury area.
What's being offered? Role: Administrator Contract: 12-month fixed term contract Hours: Mon Fri 08:00 17:00 Location: B69 area Salary: £24,000
As an Administrator, you will be:
Responding to tenant calls regarding repair issues and addressing queries efficiently
Recording all interactions with residents in the system
Reviewing supervisory or trade reports to identify actions needed to resolve repairs
Liaising with customers and tenants through the phone
To be a successful candidate for the Administrator role, you should:
Have social housing experience
Have extensive customer service experience
Be a confident communicator via phone and email
Be able to provide solutions to customer needs
