We are looking for a Carpenter with Multi Trade skills in the Worthing area working between Worthing and Lancer for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the maintenance team, within domestic void properties.

The Carpenter will be responsible for:
- Carpentry
- Working within void properties
- Basic plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Working as part of a team of 16 operatives
The successful Carpenter will:
- Have full UK driving license
- Have access to their own van
- Have 5 years of carpentry experience
- Have prior social housing experience

- Pay of £200 per day
