We are looking for a Multi Trade / Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler in the Nottingham area working for a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on the voids team in domestic properties.

- As the Multi Trade/ Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler you will be responsible for:
- Working in void properties carrying out re-furbishments in either carpentry/ plumbing/ plastering/ tiling
- Working independently
- Carrying out general repairs
The successful Multi Trade / Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler will:
- Have their own vehicle/able to commute to site
- Have their own tools
- Be time served or have relevant qualifications
- Have relevant industry experience
Some benefits the Multi Trade / Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler will receive:
- £22 per hour
- Long term work (4 years worth of work)
- Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
