I am working with an organisation who are in the market for a Project Manager and Employer's Agent to join their team in the Sidcup area. You will be supporting Senior Surveying staff members in the delivery of varying Project Manager and Employer's Agent Instructions. You will also be expected to have solid cladding experience as well. The company can offer good progression opportunities and will support you in completing qualifications to enhance your career.
The salary for this role is £65,000 - £75,000.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:
Preparation of tender documentation for submission to contractors, tender returns and tender reporting
Assisting with Contract Administration functions including quality control site visits and reporting
You will support Senior staff members in the delivery of Project Manager & Employer's Agent instructions
Preparation of Specifications, Employers Requirements/design briefs and preliminary documents
Compiling Building Contracts and Development Agreements
Comply with all Company policies and requirements of the Quality Management system
Skills needed in the Project Manager role:
Demonstrates strong project management skills, including schedule, budget and resource management
Possesses a solid knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation
Experience of dealing with cladding within contracts and projects previously
Liaise closely with Clients, Contractors, Developers and other key stakeholders
Understand key deliverables within the contract to ensure the client received the required information
Ability to produce clear and concise reports when required
